Shipping Information

All orders have a 2-3 day processing time before shipment - additional processing time will be added during the holiday sale periods*

 

We process all orders within 2-3 business days after credit card verification. Orders will ship after they are processed and received by our warehouse. Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

We may get back-logged during sale and holiday time periods, and delivery and processing times could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our Customer Care Team and we will be glad to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY:

  1. Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned.

  3. Merchandise purchased at independent department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased.

EXCHANGES:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order on the website for the desired item(s).
